So, I will start off by saying that I’m not that big of a fan of Pinots, but I figured why not give one a try. The aroma is your typical aroma of a Pinot, and please don’t judge it based on that. The taste is where it starts to set itself apart.

So right off the bat when it hits your tongue you’ll notice that the body is a bit heavier than typical Pinots, it’s not the watery sensation that normally presents itself. The taste is pretty smooth right out of the glass and as it starts to move over your tongue. Once it hits the back of your mouth it lets you know it’s there, there is a decent amount of bite as it finishes. Oddly it works decently well together.

If you’re a Pinot fan then I’m sure that this is one that you’ll enjoy. If you’re not a Pinot fan, I’d say try it, but keep your hopes at about a mid-range. For me, this could be a starter bottle depending on what food is being served. For a support bottle it might be tough because Pinots are already pretty light.

If you have any questions just let me know, cheers!
